Fingers crossed!

Tonight we had our first scheduled showing. Our realtor called after and said that the couple that looked at it LOVED our house. They were still out looking but wanted to know if there were any offers and some other bits of information about the home. So, while we don't have an offer on the table yet, I am thrilled we got some good feedback and what sounds to be a promising lead. We also have another open house scheduled on Sunday, it would be great to find some more interested buyers (dare I dream it)

Playing phone tag with the flooring folks to get our appt set up, and I owe NVR some more information I forgot to provide to them, but all in all, a pretty good day!
